MLB award voters as predictable as always. Called all the winners although it's not like that was hard this year.

In hilarious MVP votes, Adam Jones got a 4th place vote and Greg Holland got an 8th place vote. The who voted for who in the NL hasn't been updated yet.

When his team is on offense, Trout gets to have an at bat roughly 13 percent of the time.

He was involved in 359 outs out of 4373 by the team when he played defense.

He doesn't pitch, ever. You know......the thing players get paid gigantic amounts of money to do. We might have a guy who gets paid almost a million dollars a start soon.

Lets recap:

Has an at bat roughly 13 percent of the time.

Involved in roughly 8 percent of the defensive outs recorded.

Please read over this post again and if you still think a single player should be validated by team success than you let everyone see how illogical you are.

Ugh dude, just shut up. If Trout hadn't signed Pujols, CJ Wilson, Hamilton and Blanton and caused Weaver to get injured then he maybe would have made the playoffs. He clearly only has himself to blame. Good for Miggy in using his magical leadership abilities to also motivate Scherzer, Verlander, Sanchez and Fister into one of the best pitching staffs in recent memory.

The Rangers and Tigers are discussing a trade that would send Prince Fielder to the Rangers and Ian Kinsler to the Tigers.

Wow. Huge surprise. Both are basically pretty crappy contracts at this point. Each team is trading for a need. Tigers will finally be able to move Miggy away from 3B. Profar will finally get playing time. Fielder's power should benefit a bit from playing more games in Texas.

If it's just straight up with no money or any other players involved, I like it for Detroit more solely because they get out of Fielder's contract.

I'll miss Prince in a way, but not really that much. Being able to play Castellanos hopefully pays dividends.
