Were not just getting swept the weekend, we're getting our ass kicked. Detroit's offense has shit all over our pitching.

Just saw the play from Friday Jean Segura stealing 2nd then 1st(lol)
how was that even possible, he was then thrown out attempting to steal 2nd again.

If first you succeed
try and try to fail

Went to the Nats game this past Saturday and I think it provided the best overall experience I've had from a ballpark yet. They had the perfect pre and post game spot right outside the stadium and a coworker of mine knows Bryce Harper so we were able to sit in the family section behind home plate. Even got to see Harper hit a home run as well. Although I didn't get to actually meet him, it was still a pretty awesome day.

So Braves get runners on 1st and 2nd, none out, against Strasburg, bottom 5, tie game...Strasburg has just thrown five straight balls. So not only is Simmons not bunting, BUT HE'S UP THERE HACKING. Doesn't even make Strasburg throw a f*cking strike. This is with Justin Upton on deck. I thought this was supposed to be pro f*cking baseball not Little League.

God. Braves are playing such stupid baseball overall right now. Two runners cut down on the bases too.

fcking bobby parnell. fck the mets man. harvey is the ONLY fcking thing to see on the mets, and this fcking closer blows the save for him. fck you parnell, 2 saves and 2 blown saves. you dont have what it takes. go to a small market team, not that the mets arent a small market team anymore. harvey could have been 5-0, and halfway to being the all-star game starter. this teams a joke. take the lead in the 15th inning, and marcum gives up 2 fcking runs.

i give up on baseball. i live in NYC and i am forced to witness 3 horrid pitchers in the rotation. that means 2 out of the 3 are guaranteed losses. like i said, fck the mets. harvey is the only reason to pay attention, and that is once every 5 games. disgraceful baseball. NY is supposed to be a baseball town, thank GOD for the Giants and Knicks.

damn i thought Cespedes hit another 9th inning HR but it just off the wall and was held to a long single. The A's have a solid chance for another walk off though

It's 1:30 am.

The A's and Angels are still playing.

Since both are in California league I think it should be a legal rule to call up pitchers from their California league teams if they go into the 20th inning to preserve their bullpen.

Brandon Moss spanks a hanging ball to send everyone to bed.

Now that's cool and all, but I'm really upset that we hang 8 and still had to go to extras. We score a ton of runs, but the pitching has been so disappointing. If that gets worked out this team is sitting so pretty with power up and down the line up.

Moss hits 2 hr's
one yesterday
and one today to send everyone home

Longest game in A's history
19 innings

and back to back walk off wins in extras

Oakland A's history, I believe the Philadelphia A's have had longer games

So I was actually able to get a full nights sleep and only managed to miss the end of the game by like 10 minutes?

Not watching but looking at the boxscore and I see the Braves are up 8-1 in the 6th, and then I see Gio Gonzalez's line: 4 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, 9 SO.

Not very often you see a pitcher only last 4 innings, give up 7 hits and 5 runs, and still strikeout 9. But that's also about the perfect way to sum up the Braves lineup.

Why is BSPN profiling Bryce Harper? It's his second year and he already has an ESPN time slot dedicated to him. Is he the next Reggie Jackson or something??
