Melky already served his suspension. It would be bullshit if he gets suspended again unless he gets caught for a 2nd time this year.
And really, there better be positive tests backing up any suspensions for any of these players. Simply being linked to this should be no ground for suspension. They already let Braun off on a technicality even after an apparent positive test. It's a witch hunt at this point.
I have less of a problem with this than with the Mitchell report because at least now, baseball is trying to do something about current use and seemingly trying to get it out of the sport(not that they'll ever accomplish that). Unlike the Mitchell report which was based on accusations of drug use 5, even 10 years prior to the report, which seemed to be nothing more than baseball trying to put a few scapegoats out there and avoid taking responsibility, despite the fact that all that happened on their watch, because Selig and the owners loved profiting from things like the McGwire/Sosa home run chase.

Eh, players basically are being penalized with a lack of physical evidence anyway with something that means a hell of a lot more than a suspension, the hall of fame. Obviously, it's writers, not MLB who are in charge of the vote(and there's another hypocrisy there, but that's for another time)
So I hope you guys watched SEC pitcher of the year Aaron Nola out duel Jonathan Gray tonight to get the win for LSU. Complete game shutout, 2 hitter and only 1 walk. 12-0 on the season and he's only a sophomore. Gray was impressive but Nola was better tonight.
The Reds feel like the worst 36-25 team in the history of MLB. Our bullpen is in shambles, we have key guys hurt, and sometimes, we play with zero fire or passion.
Watch the rangers. We have one good hitter in beltre(though kinsler and Moreland have been good when healthy), 4 good fielders(Elvis, beltre, profar, gentry) and no one we have any confidence in whatsoever in the bullpen outside of Nathan, scheppers and ross(who have all been terrific) we are also relying on a starting pitcher who wasn't in a single top prospect list who had an era above 4.50 in AA and a Krate below 7 last year, another guy who's also unproven.
Now that bullpen thing could easily change. If/when feliz, soria, Harrison and Colby Lewis come back, and feliz, soria and ogando go to the bullpen we would have one of the best pens in recent memory if everyone pitches to their ability but for now it sure seems like smoke and mirrors
