Really shaky start for Harvey, but he settled in nicely. Gave up a lead-off double to Trout and plunked Cano right in the knee, knocking him out of the game.

Last ever "Enter Sandman" in an All-Star Game for Mariano Rivera.

One reason I'm not watching this. The other being that All-Star games suck. But I remember watching some of Cal Ripken's last ASG and it was unbearable.

What's the big deal? I mean it's the best ever at his position playing his last All-Star game. I don't really mind them "sucking him off" and thought his entrance was pretty cool.

Yeah, it's been all about Mo, but it doesn't really bother me.

Reds begin a huge series vs. the Pirates this weekend before heading out west for a 10 game road trip. We have had a lot of injuries this year, but hopefully, guys come back, we maybe make a deadline deal or 2 at the deadline, and peak late in the year. Seems like our most recent successful teams peaked too early.

I really hope we find a way to get back to the top of the division. I don't trust Dusty Baker in a one game Wild Card playoff game.

The Cubs are very close to trading Matt Garza to the Rangers.

What the Cubs will receive from the Rangers is still unknown, but it's reportedly a strong package of prospects (Names being mentioned are Mike Olt, CJ Edwards and Neil Ramirez).

Yeah everyone freaked out when he was pulled out of the game and was hugging teammates in the dugout, but it turns out he was pulled from the game for not hustling.

I wouldn't be against this trade for the Bucs. It fills two big needs, and I don't think it would take a huge package of prospects to get the deal done considering the money involved.

Sick play by Yankees catcher Stewart today. Made a catch falling into the stands and then doubled up Nava at 2nd to end the 8th. Great play. Hopefully someone has a .gif or video up later.
