Ohh well. A slaughter against the Rays.

So we'll be facing the best from the Mets pitching rotation. Should be good to watch our boys respond. I can see us losing that series after the fight the Mets put up against the D-backs. All good. A series win will more than satisfy.

Eh kershaws been better than the king for a while.

I'm curious has anyone under the age of 26 led the majors in erA for 3 straight years before

Nope, never has happened.

Maddux led the majors 3 years in a row during his age 26,27,28 years, but no one under 26 has done it.

Reds are 5 games back in the division, trailing St. Louis and Pittsburgh. If they are gonna get back in the race, now would be a good time to do so. Cincinnati has upcoming series' against Chicago and Milwaukee, while STL/Pitt will be doing battle with one another over the course of a 4 game series. Hope they beat each other up and play some long, extra inning games.

I'll take Yu and the Rangers in the WS rather than Detroit as a Dodger fan. Not worried about Kershaw vs. Yu. Certainly a joy to watch. Oak A's are slumping sooo bad.

Heheh. If they split it won't be much of a difference. You guys gotta start sweeping some guys.

The rangers top 3 can match up with anyones(not saying they are better than everyone else's but they can match up) yu and holland are aces and Garza is solid and has a good history in big games.

Yeah, it's pretty insane. Kershaw is basically a god right now. He should be going for his 3rd staright Cy Young too but everyone got swept up in Dickey's storyline last year.

Except that Kershaw winning his Cy Young over Halladay was somewhat questionable given their equal #'s but taking into consideration where they pitch half their games.

Saw the video of the Pierzynski ejection. Looked like another asshole ump keeping shit going. He followed AJ towards the mound and didn't need to do that. He should have called it a strike the 1st time. I hope he gets disciplined for going at him.

They were close but kershaw had a better era, more ks and more wins. It's debatable but there was no chance doc was beating him. Dickey on the other hand had a worse era and fewer ks

The Angels have demoted RHP Tommy Hanson to Triple A.

Man, how far this guy has fallen. I remember when he had massive hype as a prospect and early in his career with the Braves. He fell off, hard.
