actually, it's more like tracking all the girls that you asked out that told you "no" right to your face. It's not a stat of not having the cajones to ask, it's stat of making the attempt but straight up failing.

Kobe has failed to make more baskets than any NBA player in history - it's a blemish to his offensive abilities but it's also a testimate to his longevity - it's kind of a moot record IMO, nothing to be proud of at all, but then again he shouldn't be too ashamed either cause you have to have pretty elite longevity to get such a record

on my count at least half of those were in and outs. what is he supposed to do about that? basketball gods just hate him yet he's still top 5 all time.

Love the kobestans trying to turn this into a positive. It would make sense IF Kobe was the all time scoring leader with the most points but no he isn't.
Kareem Abdul-jabbar 38,387 points 20 years
Karl Malone 36,928 points 19 years
Michael Jordan 32,292 points 15 years
Wilt Chamberlain 31,419 points 14 years
*Kobe Bryant 30,016 points 17 years
Shaquille O’Neal 28,596 points 19 years
Kobe has probably two years left in him? Even Jordan only played for 15 years while Kobe will be close to 20 years. It's not just about attempts. It's about HIGH PERCENTAGE SHOTS. That is why these scoring leaders scored more points while missing less.
