Perkins will never not start as long as he plays for OKC and is healthy. Anyone that's followed us the last few years knows how stubborn Brooks is when it comes to his starting lineup and rotations. It took him 15 games into this season to finally cave and make sure he always has one of Durant or Westbrook on the floor with the second unit. Three seasons and 15 games to cave and realize he can ride his two young studs a few more minutes per game.
