yeah. this went way over the head of most listeners who just weren't looking for anything significant but that is a really, really meaningful song if you're paying attention. the addition of Paul Wall pretty much invalidated it as meaningfull in the ears of most listeners I'm sure. He doesn't fit with that song at all, neither does GLC, why the hell did they get put on? He should have taken those 2 dumbfuuks off and put on Common. Possibly Twista for some irony. And told them to spit some meaningful shiit not some Paul Wall nonsense.

If you want meaningful, check out cats like Common, Mos Def, De La Soul, Talib, KRS-One. These dudes use knowledge as a tool to promote hip-hop.
They got lots of deep shyt.
