He's looked pretty damn athletic this year IMO his problem is mental/ lack of effort
He will get injured if he goes hard to the rim all season long. This lazy play is what's good for the heat. Spo didn't even hesitate to rest him the entire 4th yesterday, something he never would have done in the first two seasons that this team came together.
Another thing with Wade he doesn't stick to what he's good at too much iso and jumpshots. He should honestly post up all game long with other opportunity points like cuts to the basket, spot jump shot, fast break, and drives to basket.

Thats true but he's injury prone because he has poor conditioning he doesn't properly prepare.
None of this would've been an issue if he made the right move and would've went to the hometown Bulls.
He could get his alpha swerve on and compete against the LeBron / Bosh Knicks and have EPIC ECF showdowns.
But yes, he is absolutely depressed and clearly sulking. His self appointed demotion last year benefitted Bron's game and team success. But now it's clearly eating away at him.
How superfluous would a Rose/Wade backcourt be? The last guy who the Bulls should have been recruiting was Wade. Bosh was the guy they needed, a big guy in the FA class that would have made a real difference to a contender. Imo the fact that Bosh landed in Miami was more important than LeBron going there. I'm not anywhere close as afraid of LeBron/Amare in New York as I am of Wade/Bosh/$20m of cap space in Miami.
People forget that NBA is just their job, pretending like chasing legacies and rings is their #1 priority is foolish. They already "made it", Wade is traveling all over US and getting payed millions to dribble a ball for 30 minutes every few days. Why would he put his body and future on the line to play hard in a regular season game? This whole Miami team is playing lazy basketball. and while they have a switch they can turn on, it may not work this time.
Jordan's Bulls dominated both the regular season and the playoffs, they maintained that intensity and played hard every time. They had that edge. This Miami team just seems fat and happy, can't rely on turning it on in the playoffs when the players are out of rhythm.
I watched some Heat games and i saw him miss a couple of dunks, am i the only one who thinks he has'nt fully recovered from the knee surgery during the offseason?
He hasn't missed dunks this season. It was last season where he was missing dunks left and right. He can no longer just straight up take a big's soul no more. He hasn't completely lost his athleticism but if you think he's posterizing someone anytime soon, you're kidding yourself.
agreed. he is a ***** mentally and will take the back seat to anyone trying to take the lead role over him and then cry about it on the inside, unlike kobe, who will always try to be the man.
I love how everyone is counting out the Heat. This is exactly what Spo wants. He knows he needs different challenges over the long course of the season to motivate his team. I love it. We'll see how the playoffs go. Ya know, when it really matters.
You an idiot. Anyone with a brain aren't counting out the Heat. Most people still think they beat OKC in the finals again.
