I'm not going to say Spo is a great coach, but he's made the playoffs every year and has always had a top defense. If Riley thinks he's a good coach, then he's a good coach. He's a very good defensive coach, but his offense was always lacking. Fortunately he has LeBron, Wade, Bosh, and a lot of shooters around them.
