Poppovich is probably one of the greatest coaches of all-time. He's an excellent motivator, and a consistent disciplinarian. Moreover, he's always honest - something you need at this level because professional NBA players are a lot more perceptive than we think.

He used to be stubborn and set in his ways, but changing circumstances forced him to adapt. And he has flourished in the past 3, 4 seasons.

Scott Brooks is not a bad coach, but he is not a proven one yet.

Parker wasnt a traditional pg. He was a scorer and had trouble getting his game under control. He also had trouble running a team. Now look at him. While still a scorer at heart, he has proven to be able to run a team and he has Pop to thank him for that.

I think you have him confused with DWill.

Parker didn't have half the talent/shooting skill of Westbrook - was all speed and Pop has taught him a LOT.
Parker may have the most talent at finishing in the paint in NBA history, considering his size and lack of vertical. I'm not even totally sure he can dunk. That is something to consider. He's not without talent, by any means.

But Westbrook is an all-world, all-history talent. I can't even believe how fast and quick he is. It's unreal. It's like someone Create-a-Player'd him in a video game with 99 in every athletic category and turned injuries off for just him. He and Lebron are the most talented athletes in the NBA since Shaq.
