Lately when I wake up and take my first few steps after waking up I have pain in the middle area of my left foot. What does this mean? makes me think im getting plantar fascitis

Step on a golf ball/squash ball/tennis. Constant pressure for 20-30 seconds at a time.

I always get scared and think it's my ACL telling me it's about to tear.
