Isiah should've been fired a long time ago, but setting that aside, can the Knicks improve enough to save Isiah's job?
They have a roster full of selfish, one dimensional players. They have no point guard. Marbury and Marbury's clone (aka Steve Francis) passes only when a gun is pointed at their head and even then, they'll look to shoot. Eddy Curry can't rebound, defend, or pass. Jerome James spends his time putting buffet bars out of business. Jalen Rose's best days are behind him. Quentin Richardson hasn't showed up in New York yet and I doubt he ever will. The only positives are Channing Frye and David Lee, two second year players with great potential but also, with a lot to learn.
