Let's see amendola come close to welker in production which is all that really metters. He has never had a better season while both were in the league. Durability is a factor in picking who's a better player and welker wins that by miles, in fact Welker's worst season (the season back from his torn ACL/MCL) is better than Amendola's best season.
The Bucs have traded WR Arrelious Benn and a 2013 7th Round Pick to the Eagles for a 2013 6th Round Pick and a 2014 Conditional Pick.
Man I was high on Benn coming out. Not sure what to think about this move. Its not bad as far as trades go. Didnt give up/lose much. But can he become relevant here? Eh, my faith has dwindled. Be a cool story.
Since when did the Patriots adopt the old Redskins' motto of "sign as many FAs as possible in one offseason! Lets be offseason champs!"?
You think that's weird, think about what the Colts have done this offseason (read: get better but overpay every single player) compared to what they did under Polian. It's a complete 180, feels really weird.
