Chris Paul took his hornets to the 2 seed in the west which was incredibly stacked at the time. You needed 50 wins just to clinch the 8 seed that year.

I would be absolutely astounded if this Wizards team got a 6th seed in the much weaker east within the next 3-4 years with this current roster.

But to be fair, they're going to get another high draft pick this year. A nice big from this years draft (Noel, Zeller, Austin, Bennet) could really sure up that frontline and give them a nice young core moving forward.

Many of us here including myself and Bagel thought they could grab the 8 seed this year. Health didn't permit though.

Their defense has been good all year but has been very strong since Wall came back. Their offense is still lame though.

Wall's jumper is still horrible, surely the worst in the league among starting pgs. It is really frustrating to watch.
