The clip rips on the movie quite a bit, but in my experience, I've enjoyed the Honest Trailers even when they are about movies I like.
Also, it is worth mentioning that my TDKR rating is a 7.5/10, which is a positive score in my mind. The movie was just extra frustrating because I was expecting to have it be 9+ IMO.

Honest Trailers greatly exaggerates in order to poke fun at ALL films. They nitpick for comedic purposes because that's they SHTICK. You can do it for virtually any movie. Cinematic coincidences, plot contrivances, plot holes ... all can be greatly exaggerated.
Some of their issues are down right wrong. Don't have the time to go through it all, but I've already seen it.
Rises isn't as good as TDK, that's it's only issue. People need to get over it. Going in with the expectations of it being better were setting up the film for ultimate failure. People spent 4 years after TDK building up their own movie in their heads.
People thought the Riddler, Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio, Dr. Strange, the Penguin ... they thought the movie would again blow up the mythos balloon.
But instead, Nolan gave a conclusion set almost ten years after the events of TDK with a mentally ill Wayne, that basically book ended and concluded the un-finished events in regards to the League of Shadows and the father / son legacy issues of Batman Begins, and symbolism / legend themes.
Not everything was conventional, it wasn't exactly what was expected. No one even thought Bane would be the villain. It had great ambition. And even though it doesn't reach the near perfect-ness of what is basically a GENERATIONAL defining film in The Dark Knight, it was still VERY VERY good.
