Bill is the greatest champion in NA sports and he did it in multiple ways and steps in his career, so that should not be undervalued. Also this myth of him going up against short white guys has been debunked many times over so I wont wast my time responding to that. Overall, I don't understand why people can't just appreciate his greatness in context in stead of trying to compare across boundaries of different eras. For example, why put Howard in the 60's as the player he is now when the things that produced current Howard would not have been available to him in the 60's.
