TFC traded attacking midfielder Luis Silva to DC United for allocation money. It's a move to seemingly make a space for an incoming major DP player Tim Leiweke has talked about since he joined MLSE. Maybe Diego Forlan, maybe somebody else......
Well, I know MLS is trying hard to secure those TV deals so they are trying to make their products family-friendly. This won't really please any hardcore fans who have done these for years and have become somewhat "traditions". But I'm sure good supporters know their roles better and will try hard to do so (I miss streamers at TFC games already). Some rowdy ones that have done worse maybe very tough to change though.
Chicago Fire owner Andrew Hauptman personally offered fans who bought VIP packages and then got scammed at Leonel Messi "charity game" in Chicago where Messi didn't show up with "VIP experience" packages at a recent Fire game.
Plus, they will give 50% off the ticket price to Fire's US Open Cup Semifinal against DC United for anyone who have proofs of purchase of Messi charity game.
