Default If the Knicks don't get past the first/second round this year

Is it time to blow this team up? Discuss.

well past 2nd round would be in the East Conf Finals which to me would be a great season for them.

They won't get past the second round. they're slated to play Indiana. They'd lose.

They'd lose to a Rose led Bulls team if they match up as well.

Yes for sure, but I think a mini blow up like Portland last season. Every piece other than Shumpert, Melo and Chandler should go. I think if Amare keeps his level of play up through seasons end a team will take a chance on him. Even if we just get trash back for him ala Joe Johnson deal, would be worth it.

You just focus on losing as much weight as you've claimed Charles.

Even though the team seems "deep" this year, it's really just that the Knicks have a lot of assets. I still feel like this team was sort of just thrown together in a way and not methodically built around a certain vision involving Melo/CHandler/Amare. So I say yes.

Definitely dump Amare's contract at any cost no matter how little we get in return. Package Shumpert with maybe Felton/Novak or whoever for a decent piece. J.R. is on a great contract so if the right deal comes up, do it. ALthough I wouldn't mind keeping him, I feel like NY is a good fit for him. Idk who they'd get but I think Granger or Jennings could be good for the team
