Jennifer Hudson can definitely sing...but oversinging can happen. It did in a lot of of the performance.

Too bad for Amy Adams who was surprisingly vicious in the Master. She was great. But when you sing, have crying close-ups and beg your audience to cry, I guess that will win it for you.
