Vibram has a sizing chart, they use European sizing. I wear a Nike 9.5 and wear a vibram M41, for the KSO and Bikila. Be careful as the sizing differs slightly between certain models. Vibram has you measure your foot to find the proper fit. I would suggest trying them on in person to find your size and then buy the model/color you want online. A proper fit is very important with the fingers.

Heard good things about these, they are supposedly very comfortable and exercising in them helps you build leg strength and stability that is otherwise restricted by the shape of the typical sneaker. Need to try one of these badboys on before I buy em, something I will do in the near future

Before running in my vibrams, my calves/feet would never get sore. Granted I've never run over 5-6 miles, but still. The first time I ran 1-2 miles in my vibrams my calves were sore for an entire day. It's a great feeling knowing you truly worked the muscles.

I've read stories of people's feet actually FALLING ASLEEP while running in padded shoes. That doesn't seem right to me.

I use them. I would recommend getting socks made for them or you will get blisters and dead skin.
