That's why the west is the better Conference.
You can get into the east playoffs with like a .450
But in the West you need at least a .540

healty sixers, wizards and cavs would be battling for a playoffs spot.

Wizards had a 8 game winning streak at home against .500 teams.

Key word "CAN"

The 9th seed is 76ers at .397.
Compare this to the West where the 9th seed is the lakers at .500.

Bucks can drop to under .450 and still make the playoffs.

Understand?

Sucks the Wizards started the season so badly. Healthy, they're much more likely to knock off a top seeded team than the Bucks. Based on the fact that they knock off top teams all the time (but can't beat anyone else).

I dont think you understand what you said.
Please how can a team with a .450 record get into po in the east while the worst playoff team has a record above .500

Raptors had a very small window to make a run. Just too big of a hole to dig out of.

Bucks can lose however many games, be at .400 and still make the playoffs since the 9th seed 76ers are at .397

Can you show me any Scenario that the eastern conference can have a climactic end to start the playoffS?

The race is dead but the seeding is not.

Look at the possible 1st Round possibilities
Heat vs Celtics
Heat vs Bucks(gotten better with Redick)
Pacers vs Celtics
Pacers vs Bucks(snooze fest for most fans but whatever)
New York vs Brooklyn (Battle of the Big Apple)
New York vs Boston

The East just sucks and has sucked for over a decade now. Yes, you have great teams like the 2008 Celtics, and the current Heat, and the mid 2000's Pistons but for the most part the best playoff games are in the West.
