Pretty much every time he takes a jumpshot for me.

Even when he swishes a set 3 off the pass, half the time it still manages to be a bad shot, that helps the team a lot less than even certain misses would.

When Denver traded away Melo, they tried to give Smith the opportunity to be the franchise player. That didn't work.

He doesn't have the mentality to be a franchise player.
