Get the "Extreme Milk Chocolate" flavor of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold. You can't taste any powder.. it's delicious. Just tastes like a chocolate milk.

I thoughgt you said you were vegetarian, man? Unless whey's cool with you.

this sh*t is all a racket marketed to 16 to 25 year olds. Just eat right, lift hard, vary your routines, and you will have good gains. Guaranteed. I see too many people dropping too much damn money on that crap like its some breakthrough bull sh*t.

I don't disagree that there's a lot of overpriceddisappointing stuff out there but if you had a budget then incorporating

Whey
Creatine Monohydrate
Fish Oil
and a good multi

would be more cost effective and yield better results than any other alternative.

Body Fortress at Wal-Mart is like 30 servings of whey @ 24 grams a piece for 15 dollars.
720 grams/15 dollars = 46 grams a dollar

Next cheapest would be milk, tuna, eggs.
It would take 8 eggs to match that protein.
It would take 7-8 oz of tuna.
It would take 6 cups of milk.

etc.

so overall its a solid investment. Time factors intoo

T-bomb 2 dont start noticing effects till 2nd bottle
Blend real fruits n add weigh to it drink before work out
For good muscle build get sport amino acids will cause bad breathe
All in 1 multi-vitamin is important cause todays food just does not supply nutients and the ones that do are just pathetic this is why america is fat

For work outs... find friends that play basketball get their number and run 4 hour pick up games

For abbs hang a rope and swing on it... also mix it up

And i find running different burn outs to be effective when i dont have much time

I also cary a bar bell with me and keep it in the locker at work....

When you workout alot then vitamins, healthy fats and protein etc. is very important for your recovery/results..... sometimes (or very often) its pretty normal you wont have time and/or the correct food or whatever that day to intake the required amount (at least 5 fruits per day, salmon, chicken, turkey, lenses etc.) ... so supplements like multi-vitamin, omega-3 and 100% whey protein is what i will sometimes intake when i cant intake that enough the normal nutrition way.

LOL @ whey, creatine, fish oil, multivitamins, etc. If you're not juicing your balls into marbles, you're just pretending.

Kidding!

veggie greens in the morning
Giant delicious whey protien
fish oil(when i remember)
BCAA's (intra workout, just a sports drink)
Cassein protein before bed.
Musclepharm creatine (i load it, 15 grams per day for the first week, than 10 grams per day for the next 5, take 2 weeks off than reload)

I've noticed a big plus in strength and the way i look when i'm on these products, and size. I'm getting bigger weekly currently sitting at 95kg (210 pounds) and trying to get to 220 before i decide its time to lose that extra bit of body fat.

I'm currently in the second stage of Polyquins German volume training (initially start at 10 reps for 10 sets, than move to 6 reps for 10 sets) and man oh man have i noticed a difference.

for example, for 10 sets of bench press at 6 reps per set, im bench pressing 225 pounds for every single set. my current 1 rep max is 128 kilograms (roughly 280 pounds) and all my shirts have gotten much tighter, whilst all my pants are the exact same size and haven't tightened up at all.

Those who say these supplements don't work obviously haven't timed their meals properly and their shakes. Always be anabolic and never let your body go into starvation mode where it feels the need to store glycogen and fat.

If you actaully take effort and have a good balanced diet proper to your needs, you don't need all the shit

That's good in theory than in real life. By the amount of work I put in the gym if I didn't take protein supplements I wouldn't be able to lift my arms to work/go to college the next day.
