Re: Why did Blake have his 2 best games as a Laker under Nash?
Steve Blake used to play off ball a lot (e.g. running off screens as a catch and shoot player). He seems to be much more comfortable as a floor general now with or without Nash there. Plus, it really seems like Nash has taught a thing or two to Blake recently about making good decisions with the ball. Blake's Nash-esque drifters in his last few games are a testament to that.
