Lol, that's kind of true. Chalmers who plays the point is more of a shooter, Wade who is a "shooting" guard can't even shoot, LeBron at the 3 is more of a PG who can take over a game with his scoring as well, and their Centers can't even rebound, same goes for Bosh at the 4.
He's a better spot up shooter than a pg. His decision making is better but it's not even close to where it should be by now. His ability to rise to the occasion in big games trumps everything he isn't good at tho.
this. He's become a solid shooter and can deliver under pressure but his ballhandling and passing skills are nowhere near other great PGs. The problem for Chalmers is that most starting PGs in the NBA are super athletic and he's not. So he has a hard time guarding them or getting a shot off against them.
He's the Paxson/ D-Fish type pg (not in playstyle but ways they impact a game). Every championship team wants one. These guys are clutch, good spot up shooters, knows when to surprise the defense when the defense is guarding their best players too tightly.
