Default Should NBA have a Veteran Stars vs Youth Stars game during Allstar Weekend?

It will be interesting to watch. The savvy, experience and skill of the veterans vs the energy and athleticism of the the youths. I know other leagues have games like this in their allstar weekend so its not a stupid idea. It will also be better than the rising stars challenge right now.

The Youth stars will be the best 12 players aged 23 and under.
Vets stars will be the best 12 players aged 33 and above.

If we hold the game today rosters will be like this..

Youth Stars

Starters

C Demarcus Cousins
F Serge Ibaka
F Paul George
G James Harden
G Kyrie Irving

Reserves

C Nikola Vucevic
G Jrue Holiday
F Greg Monroe
G John Wall
C Anthony Davis
G Damian Lilard
F Kenneth Faried

Veteran Stars

Starters

C Tim Duncan
F Kevin Garnett
F Dirk Nowitzki
G Paul Pierce
G Kobe Bryant

Reserves

F Shawn Marion
G Steve Nash
G Manu Ginobili
G Vince Carter
G Andre Miller
F Metta World Peace

At first glance it looks like the vets are overpowered. But remember, they are literally old and the youth have speed and energy on them. The match will be an ego thing. The starters on the vets all have at least a ring, so they are proven warriors and wouldn't want to lose to "nobodies".

The youths on the other hand will want to win this game to succeed the throne of the next generation of NBA stars. The game will be their proving ground, It will be INTENSE! The student trying to usurp the master.

Who agrees with my idea? Maybe we can get this thing running...

If they do this, they aren't playing east vs west or it's too much for a weekend, so you cut out everyone between 23-33 and that's the age of majority currently best players.

And vets would shit on youngsters, ok backourt could compete, but look at frontcourt...

Sadly he's 32.

We need strict age restrictions on both the youth or vet teams if not one or the other gets too overpowered. I find 23 for youth, and 33 for vets a good balance.

For example, if we raise the youth stars age limit to 24 we will include durant, westbrook, griffin and rose (if hes not injured). It will be too overpowered.
