Default Garnett with inflammation in ankle. Could miss up to two weeks

Ainge says KG has "inflammation in the ankle" not sprain and he needs rest. He won't play Tuesday or Wednesday. Could miss 2 weeks #celtics"

does this make a heat/celt first round match up more likely? Currently, the bucks are in the 8 spot, 2 games behind the Celtics.

If garnett is indeed out 2 weeks, everyone saying that Jeff Green needs to earn his contract, well now may be his opportunity.

Great, just great. Now the undermanned Celtics just became even more depleted. Anyways, they will still beat the Knicks.

I think secretly you love the Knicks because your backwards jinx always works. If you don't say the Knicks will lose i'm going to get mad.

BTW note i made a Nets thread and they won. I need to stop making Net threads.

They are tanking. Heat will send them home packing once again.

Hopefully they drop to 8th so the Knicks can grab the 2nd seed & Milwaukee moves up to 7th.

That would be the best case scenario for the Knicks. I'd love to watch a Miami-Boston first round too. Brooklyn-Atlanta (Joe Johnson, former Nets on Atlanta), Indiana-Chicago (Division rivals, have a history)

Could be an epic first round if all that happens.

this is what the celtics get for milking everthuing they can get out of a 36 year old player. ainge should be giving garnett's old ass as much help as possible.

So true. He's been alone in the paint since Perkins left. Kind of my beef with the Spurs and Duncan.

Why? Boston will lose. Garnett's ankle, Lee has a sprained ankle, Rondo's out, Sullinger is out, Jason Terry sucks, and Brandon Bass sucks. They'll be lucky to win 1 game.

Ainge sucks man. He and Doc claim it's Rondo's team, but don't put the right players and right system in place for him to do really well... And it's worse that they've had KG playing the 5 the last 2 seasons, especially after he said he didn't like it. They haven't been able to rebound for 5 years and Ainge has only signed old ass scrubs to play center. I mean, Chris Wilcox is the second best big on the team in my opinion.
