Arrow 2012-2013 Golden State Warriors - your thoughts?

Safe to assume there will be some off season movement but let's just discuss the team (loosely, as it is now) on paper:

PG - Steph Curry (Nate Robinson/Charles Jenkins)
SG - Klay Thompson (Brandon Rush/Nate Robinson)
SF - Dorrell Wright (Richard Jefferson/Dominic McGuire)
PF - David Lee (Andres Biedrins/Chris Wright)
C - Andrew Bogut (Jeremy Tyler/Andres Biedrins)

They're going to get a decent pick (Harrison Barnes?). If healthy, does this team compete next year?

We need a lot things to go right (injuries, chemistry, etc.), but our roster is certainly playoff caliber, even out West.

Golden State is doing a great job at tanking, they should be punished, not rewarded.

Less talented 03-09 Houston Rockets

But if healthy (not gonna happen), 2nd round-conference finals material.

Actually the Warriors are tanking, and I would have no problem with them having the same draft % chance as all the other lottery teams, regardless of record.

Of course, the Warriors are tanking because the new owners made a move to TRY AND WIN. Still, the Warriors fans are not happy with tanking, as you could tell from the boo's at Mullin's ceremony. The Warriors are notorious for being just good enough to miss the playoffs... because regardless of talent level, we play to win games, and have a great HCA.

Patience is a virtue and it's something all ya'll GSW fans need. Your team has potential. Give it time and it will blossom before your eyes.

they better keep tanking, so they keep their pick (top 7 protected i think) and if they draft well from there, they could be a decent playoff team, but if they want to really compete for a title, this group won ever be able to do that, unless their pick in this upcoming draft becomes a star. not to mention their health issues.

i dont like this team as currently comprised.

they have a lot of very nice players, all their starters are average or better starters. but they have no star, and no way of getting one. its a star driven league, very tough to contend without one.

A healthy Bogut and Curry make a difference. Klay is becoming a nice player. But I don't see them doing anything. They may improve in the wins column, but that's it.
