Spurs retired bruce Bowen's jersey.

I don't see why they wouldn't retire horry's or cassell's. Both players were integral part of the Rockets' back 2 back titles in 94-95

But the likely hood of it happening is probably close to nil

Cassel? He had some great games in 95 and was decent in 94but nothing worth anything near jersey retirement.

Max, Horry and Thorpe, I love those guys man. I would love to see them get some love, I got no idea if they deserve their numbers retired because every Franchise is different with that (Sampson didn't even get his retired).

I think we should. They were very important pieces to help us win those championships.

What about retiring the numbers of the whole team rosters of 93-94 to 94-95.
It's silly how people want good but not great players numbers retired or even want guys that are were just good players inducted into the Hall of Fame. Stop trying to water down the league more.

No, but I'm surprised they haven't retired Yao's yet.

To be honest, I wouldn't be opposed to it. When a team retires numbers, it's not for the HOF. It's strictly for the fans and the city they represent. I would imagine anybody from Houston that was a Rockets fan those two years we won would agree. It's not about watering down the league. How's retiring jerserys for our own players watering down the league?

I have no issue with 10 and 25 being retired, the only thing is if you retire Horry and Sam's jersey's, you gotta retire Kenny Smith and Otis Thorpes jersey's The Rockets are pretty selective about the numbers they retire, so I don't see it happening Doesn't mean we don't remember though. We will never forget 25, 10, 30, 33, 11. (Maxwell, not Yao.)
