- Don't know, didn't weigh myself before. Definitely a considerable amount (not just water weight because I drank a ton).
- Days 1-3 I had mild headaches from exercising and my body adjusting, Days 3-6 horrid toxic breath (because a ton of toxins come out of your tongue when you're in ketosis), Days 7-now I've been fine.
- No bad mood and I exercised (at least walked 3 miles a day) for 6/10 days. The one negative is posture. The longer I go the worse my posture is, must be some subconscious thing trying to save a few calories.
- When you fast you're supposed to ease out of it, i.e. 10 days of water means 10 days of juices/shakes/soups. I usually eat cautiously for 3 or so days afterward. If you just go straight into a burger or something you'll get sicker than you've ever been in your life. Shit like that is hard to digest, your stomach has shrunk, you'll shit your brains out like you've got food poisoning, probably puke, and feel sick.
