Just went on the scale. 196 lbs, only wearing longjohns and t-shirt. I'm a fat ass!!!!!
That takes dedication. I don't know if I can do that but I do need to look into short-term fasting, or just dieting and healthier eating. Gotta get started before my body gets outta control.
Just eat better, homie. I'm pretty sure if you fast you put weight back on real quick when you eat again. Also, it probably sucks a lot.
