Default Predictions for next years Lakers?

This team was injured all season, and the only time everyone was healthy they went like 0-8 because those were literally the only games they were together, and Dwight was still recovering during that time. He's finally playing healthier now and there is no kobe and no healthy nash (guy was limping on the floor wtf). Now there is no blake who actually suprised us all with efficient play since he returned and nice defense. Like srsly wtf? Oh and no jordan hill for the entire season ****. There is no other reason the Lakers sucked this season besides injuries and anyone with a decent IQ knows that.

How do you guys see the roster panning out for next season considering Dwight resigns? Does gasol get traded? there is no way they make another run with this squad considering the age/injuries.

Do they own their own pick if it's in the lottery in the 2014 draft?

Cleveland gets it. If they missed the playoffs it would've went to the Suns

With Howard/Kobe amnestied allowing the Lakers to make decent moves: playoff contention no higher than 5th seed first round exit.

With Howard/Kobe's rediculous contract playing the last 2 or 3 months of the season: Miss the playoffs

Lose Howard/keep Kobe's contract: absolute shit, probably one of the worst teams in the league.

I honestly don't know what they can do. Maybe try to trade Josh Smith or some other cheap decent pieces to help. I think if everyone was healthy and going through preseason and training they might've clicked better and went further in the playoffs. They need a new coach also. Lakers should've hired Brain Shaw after Phil.

We are not making "another" run for the chip with this squad because we're currently not going for it, so the term "another run" doesn't apply. To actually make a run for it we need to get rid of Pau Gasol, Steve Nash and Metta World Peace for starters. We keep Kobe, Dwight, Blamba, Clark, Hill and rebuild from there. Morris Duhon Meeks and co. are welcomed to close Staples door from the outside.
