Default Channing Frye: + or - ?

What do you think WILL become of Frye in two or three years from now?

A 20-10 guy?

15-10?

12-8?

Do you think he has potential to be an All-Star caliber forward?

If only there was a way that technology could videotape Tim Duncan so Frye can learn all his moves, and his defensive presence on the floor!!

Realistically I see him as a 10-5 guy. Hopefully he turns into a 15-10 guy. To come even close to Duncan he would have to become more of a fundamentally sound guy like Duncan who has an outstanding IQ for basketball. He would also have to gain some muscle/weight to see if he can start to post up some of the other big guys and toughen up as well. Let go of that stupid innocent look he carries all the time. Wait...if it Duncan can carrie a stupid look like that then Channing should be closer to playing like Duncan than we think. 20-15 would be a dream come true if Frye were to produce like that.

How about 10-5 until he gets on a team that knows how to use him and teach him.

As long as Isiah's in charge Frye is a career backup and eventually will lose his confidence and play just for the money not caring about winning.

Right now he has the fire like Lee but I see that fire slowly dimming as Zeke keeps hosing him down into oblivion. just like he did with jefferies and soon will dow ith Lee and Balkman.

He knows how to pick them and then ruin them.

people seem to criticize thomas for not developing frye, but thomas has a great rep as far as developing young talent like stoudamire, j.oneal, curry etc.

I think that's a misunderstanding.

Thomas has a good eye for young talent, not developing it.

I am really starting to question his organizational skills.

He doesn't seem like a very good game manager.

We all know how well he did as a GM putting together a team and signing free agents, making trades and such.

He does know a basketball player when he seems them, I give him that. He has a good eye for young players.

He has no idea how to put a roster puzzle together and can't get his rotation straight.

I think it's time to hire a real GM and head coach and move this make believe fraud either out or give him an office and make him the spokes person of the Knicks but without any real power.

How about we just fire his butt and if Fast, I mean slow Eddy wants to go, tell him not to let the door hit him in the you know what.

Maybe the Knicks should fire him as coach and GM and hire him as a scout. Zeke a boy scout LMAO!!

Oh and if Curry wants to go, the door probably literally WILL hit him in his way out!!
