Default skincare regimens?

What do you guys use to keep yourselves looking pretty?

Neutrogena? Olay? L'Oreal?

Or, are you too manly for that stuff and just choose to rough it like Steve McQueen and John Wayne?

I don't really care about trying to prevent aging, but my skin does seem to dry easily. It all seems to work the same for me really. I just usually go with something mid range. My parents by the expensive stuff that I haven't even heard of before and they don't seem to be any different.

Use Cetaphil as a facial soap and stop eating crap.

This will have you looking as good as you can, and if you still aren't happy, see a Dermo, there is better and better shit all the time.

Yes. Don't be an idiot and get yourself a fake tan in the middle of winter. That's a good way to get cancer

No moisturizers or night creams?

It's not about worrying over the prevention of aging. It's about aging smoothly.

any advice on clearing keratosis pilaris(chicken skin)? i got them on my upper arms. i've been using vitamin e oil and a cream of 12% lactic acid. they work temporarily but it'd be nice to get rid of it completely.

No dermatological knowledge here, but most people seem to think a simple holistic approach can solve anything.

What's your water and vegetable intake like?

I drink water daily, I'd guess 2 liters per day. Water, milk and OJ are my main drinks. I don't eat much veggies or fruits however.

Let's see....mushroom, spinach, lettuce, carrots, bananas. Those are pretty much my veggies and fruits intake and it's not daily consumption.

All good points above^^

Also it's good for your skin/hair to take room-temperature/to cool showers, especially on your head and face. Hot showers can make your skin very dry.

My skin is extremely dry after showering mainly due to the fact that I'm mixed with black. I struggled for a long time to find a decent moisturizer for my face and beard. Either it was too cakey and thick or it was too thin and didn't moisturize at all. Then my little sister gave me some Ponds lotion and my skin has been perfect.
