Dolan has spoken...

there will be no trades and the coaching staff will remain.

This season is over guys. I've been telling myself "Knicks are going to turn it around" but that's it. I don't believe it anymore. There will be no turnaround.

WE JUST SUCK.

Its a little surprising but I dont see what could be done externally at this point. I dont see any legit front office people wanting to come here, I dont see any legit coaches that are interested in winning coming here. Not a lot of assets available to trade.

The answer will have to come from the coaching staff and the pseudo superstar.

We need to trade shumpert for draft picks , somehow get Rondo, dump amare, and get melo to resign. Then we're good

Unless you're Phil Jackson, Jerry Sloan or Jeff Van Gundy, you're looking for a job...not for wins. That's the problem with the Knicks to begin with. Chasing coaches with big names that don't have anything to prove. Go get a guy whose paid their dues and is hungry to prove himself for once.

Not me. I always put green in dragic trades because I don't think the Knicks would lose much if any going from hard away or shumpert to green. Could gain

3 guys "up for sale" that could be 3 interesting fits for the Knicks.

Andrew Bynum

Gary Neal

Kirk Hinrich

This team doesnt have the internal or organizational strength to deal with Bynum. I dont see this team adding money in general. The team that is here now is the team that will be here unless Melo definitively says he's gone. I dont see anything happening.

I will say, if this does actually happen the team is officially looking to put a better product on the floor.

A 2nd round pick? Or what kind of player? Older veteran?

All this stuff surrounding JR Smith conveniently deflects blame from the real source: the front office. I've said it numerous times, if JR Smith makes or breaks your success as a franchise, then you have bigger issues. He is a spark off the bench. He never should be relied upon for lengthy minutes.

How about we seek the services of a PG seeing how 3 of our 4 have been injured, Murray isn't a real PG, and none of them are that good to begin with. Just a thought
