Dead Poet's Society got me... Actually.. there were tonnes of movies.. I'm an emotional guy.. Pursuit of Happyness got me at the very end as well... Can't think of any recent movies that got me though.
I really didn't find The Notebook to be anything special though
Don't understand the hype around it.
Edit: The only part of The Notebook that touched me though was when James Marsden lets go of Rachel McAdams at the end. That was good.

City of Angels = the closest I've ever been to crying during a movie.
2005 NCAA Tournament Finals = I was pretty choked up.

i cried at hoosiers -- the scene where (shooter) dennis hooper was in the hospital in rehab and his son comes to visit him before the championship game and tells him he loves him
also, i cried and was emotionally drained at schindlers list . i havent seen it since
