Default Big Trade - Feedback Please!!

Have a pending trade where I give up Caron Butler and Tony Parker and get Pau Gasol and Raymond Felton.

I'm in first place by 6 points in a 12 team roto league, but my lead has been shrinking a bit lately. I'm most needing blocks, three pointers, and assists. I have a decent lead in steals and am pretty solid in my percentages. Besides getting the nice boost in blocks, assists, and threes, I'm thinking that adding Gasol gives me the freedom to drop Diaw for someone more productive in some need categories.

Here's my current roster:

Dirk Nowitzki (Dal - PF)
Dikembe Mutombo (Hou - C)
Kirk Hinrich (Chi - PG,SG)
Vince Carter (NJ - SG,SF)
Jamaal Tinsley (Ind - PG)
Rashard Lewis (Sea - SF)
David Lee (NY - SF,PF)
Caron Butler (Was - SF)
Tyson Chandler (NOK - C)
Boris Diaw (Pho - PF,C)
Andre Miller (Phi - PG)
Kyle Korver (Phi - SF)
Tony Parker (SA - PG)

What do you guys think??

I don't know that I have anyone in particular in mind. I have been finding Diaw to be a drain on my roster in the last month or so, and if he doesn't pick up his pace I'd prefer to have someone who can contribute some more assists, threes, points, or blocks. Just off the top of my head, Steve Blake, Rudy Gay, and Charlie Bell come to mind as players who've been much more productive than Diaw over the past month or so.

Any thoughts about the trade itself, even assuming that I keep Diaw (which I will for the time being)?

I would keep a close eye on your FG%:

Your losing a combined FG% of .498 (Butler/Parker)

for

a combined FG% of .466 (Felton/Gasol).

Thanks for the feedback Al. I was a bit concerned about the percentages as well. However, I'm pretty good in that category and since it's a roto league and we're so far into the season, I'm thinking that the percentages will be a little more resistant to change.

Caron's slowed down as of late, and if you need blocks, Pau's an excellent source. Felton and Parker sort of excel at different things (%'s vs assists), but I think overall, Tony's the better player. However, if you're ok in %'s, and it looks like you should be with Dirk among others there, you should take the hit and grab Pau. He really is a superstar caliber player, and he's worth giving up Caron for.
