Both need to work on their post games. Durant should try to get a little stronger too, still a bit too slight.

like people said Lebron needs to work on his post, when his athleticism starts to regress he will need a good post game to fall back on, should be his focus from now on

LeBron - Body Rest, Losing Weight, More Shooting for Confidence, Footwork in the Post, Study Off Ball Movement

Durant - Gaining Muscle, Defense, Post Game

Durant needs to switch his weak ass stat driven mentality. He needs t not want to be a point forward, the passes he throws are so difficult and stupid like he is trying to look cool. He needs to be a scorer and come off screens. He will get his assists looking to score every time. If he becomes comfortable inside he will become the greatest scorer ever.

LeBron - footwork in general, a go-to post move, off the ball movement, offensive rebounding and passing for ball movement

Durant - defense, Dirk fadeaway and body strength. I don't think KD can gain much more weight. Remember this will be his 6th season, he's turning 25 and his frame is like KG's

LeBron - First he should rest. Then he could keep working on his midrange game and post game.
In particular, he could try to turn one of his post moves into a go to move. The lefty hook using the backboard is a good move, but he can only pull it off if he's in deep post position... He also has a devastating back-to-the-basket to faceup switch, ala Wade, but he tends to count on his athleticism to finish it.
Maybe he could incorporate a running hook into his game once and for all, he seemed to have nice potential with it. The fadeaway that has people drool over Jordan's post game doesn't seem to be a great idea for him so far, though. He actually used to do this move, but he got better when he stopped. With his body type, he can get better shots than that.

Durant -
- A post game. He's 6'10 with the wingspan of a center... he has all the tools to develop an unstoppable finesse post game, even without putting on too much weight. The Dirk fadeaway he seems to dig would be a good start.
- Continue improving his defense.
- Cutting down the turnovers by alternating more organically between scoring and sharing the ball, as opposed to forcing passes.

Durant and his dietician need to find a way for him to gain 10 pounds. Yes, he has incredible post game potential but if his frame is too slender he'll just be bullied out of position in the first place and will never be able to establish himself in the post.

As others have said, Lebron needs to work on his off-ball movement. Wade has become an incredible weak-side cutter, Lebron could study some of his tape
