Have you watched Madrid this season?

They've been awful. They have no striker.

Shiiiit, Giuseppe Rossi raped Juventus. Jasi is going to be happy. Funny thing is Juventus started out playing amazing.

That's a big reason why CR7 is the best in the world today and has been in the past.

As bad as Real is playing Ronaldo has bailed them out plenty this year. He's the only one that scores.

Besides him they pretty much don't have anyone, poor field play and defense is hurting them in my opinion.

It's new tactics and when they are playing great, they control the ball and dominate. When they get it going, they will be tough to beat.

I didn't see the game, just the highlights. His first goal was nice but the second one was a total defensive collapse. I don't know if it's more common but I feel like I see more of those in the Eredivisie than I do in other leagues.

Btw, it's not like he's not getting it done against the better teams. I've seen him score against PSV, Ajax, etc.

I know, Johannsson is a great striker. I like him more than I liked Altidore. He won't get close to the scoring title because of Finnbogason (who I think could aim for 35 goals) and Pelle. But Johannsson should be good for 20-25 goals this season.

Finnbogason is a better goal scorer and poacher and is obviously killing it but what I like about Jˇhannsson is that he's also really good at creating goals for others. He drops back in the midfield quite often and does a great job linking up plays in the final third. His deft first touch and craftiness with the ball at his feet is really useful in the US player pool (we don't have many guys with that skillset).

Who knows with how well Finnbogason's been playing, a team in a top league that needs goals might offer a lot of money for him in the winter window.

Cardiff were close to signing Finnbogason last summer, but Heerenveen - obviously - wanted more money than €7.000.000.

I know our league isn't the best in Europe, I know we don't play defense, but this man is something special. He could also kill it in the Premier League or Bundesliga. He literally scores when he wants.

Yura scores and Spartak escapes with an ugly win against Anzhi. Third in the RPL in goals now with 7. Well, tied for third.

If RM think that Isco is going to replace what Ozil did for them, they have another thing coming. Isco isn't the trequartista that was Ozil. He dribbles better, maybe better close control, and a great touch. But his vision and playmaking is nowhere near Ozil and will probably never will be. He is more of an attacker but too bad that isn't what RM needs. If anyone here was watched Isco pre-hype phase you'd know what kind of player he is. He is more about causing havoc in the final third than actually creating and setting up the attack.

Posted already, but even at this early stage, going to take something special to stop this from being goal of the season.
