Mata and Silva are the same level. Last night you witnessed Mata playing in a position that's impossible for him to succeed in and asked to perform defensive tasks that he isn't capable of on a team he has not settled in with yet.

It's funny how quickly everyone forgets his domination which was only a year ago. Doesn't matter how amazing your technique is or how many pretty little passes you make, what matters is the ball going in the back of the net and in that department, Mata clearly has Silva beaten, both in terms of creating chances for his teammates or finishing them himself.

20 goals last season. He didnt play in the right position with Chelsea this year and is also being wasted by Moyes at United.
