Default nate coming back? 'shard on the block?and other trade rumors

"With three days left to the trading deadline, there's still rumors about the Knicks' Nate Robinson and the Sonics. Robinson, who lost his Slam-Dunk title Saturday night to Gerald Green, is a Seattle native, former Washington Huskie and hugely popular."

"The rumor is Channing Frye and Robinson and another contract for Rashard Lewis. Frye, though is unlikely to be traded. The Post reported in December about Frye's interest from the Cavaliers."

New York Post

imo, if the sonics get the sense that shard would leave, i say pull the trigger and bring channing and nate tot he sonics

Default speculations

"Sonics forward Rashard Lewis fired agent Kevin Poston recently and hired Houston-based agents Tony Dutt and Colin Bryant, who also represent former Sonic Shawn Kemp. Lewis has the choice of opting out of his contract -- which has two years and $21 million remaining -- and becoming a free agent this summer. Or he could accept a potential two-year, $25 million extension that would keep him under contract until 2011."

"Lewis said he has not made a decision on whether to opt out and, following a December meeting with Poston, decided not to comment on any negotiations. Poston's brother, Carl Poston, was suspended by the NFLPA for two years for apparent misappropriations with the contract of former Washington Redskins linebacker Lavar Arrington. After that announcement, Lewis gave a lukewarm endorsement for the Poston brothers and said he would deal primarily with Kevin."

"The Sonics have been mum as to whether they plan to offer Lewis an extension, although owner Clayton Bennett said last week that his group will begin tackling major decisions of the organization such as the futures of coach Bob Hill and general manager Rick Sund and the contract status of Lewis."

I'd rather keep Rashard
No point in getting Nate, we already have 2 PGs.

Sonics still have chance of playoffs with Lewis
