My friend watched the original movie and first season of Girls and was really turned off by the whole thing. Basically said it was a pretentious rich girl version of an Apatow thing.

I trust him because we have similar taste in comedies and I had no urge to watch it.

I don't think some of the stuff was necessary, like the kid next door with the camera was an overall needlessly pretentious character, his mother didn't get fleshed out as much as she should have, I mean why is she catatonic?

8.5/10

Thora Birch nude.

I kind of have to ask 'why'... It's a 45 year old black and white Japanese Samurai movie. Why?

By the way it was awesome.

Yeah it can take a couple episodes to start getting into it.

I tried to get my girlfriend to watch it but she wasn't really interested and only seen parts of the first season as I watched it. Now she is just being stubborn and won't actually give it a fair shot. I do tell her what happened in all the latest episodes whether she wants to hear it or not though.

If you value your time, no! Main reason is because the girl is worthless. She is not only the lead role but also the writer wihich explains how she got the role because I am a better actress and don't get big roles as her. I lasted about 3 episodes. Then I changed tv show for that time slot.

When I was laid off from a seasonal job I said, "Yes!"

The boss said, "You're the first guy I've fired who was happy about it."

I have, but only saw it about a month ago. I remember him talking about it in an interview a long time ago, but it was so low budget it never went to theaters and I forgot about it.

Are you asking if I liked it, or have you seen it and want to talk about it?

Asking if you liked it, someone told me it was quality. I looked at the trailer and didn't even come close to laughing.
