Slow throw, but long range + strong throw = easy death in handicap. There are a couple of situations where Samus really kills me. Doesn't help that she's hard to knock off.
We are double teaming a comp because we're waiting for Samus. By default, she goes and charges. She stays at that spot so we have to go to Samus. Allowing her to charge and giving her moderate distance = death usually if there's a comp helping Samus. Depending on where she is at, she could have an advantage where she can just blast away when we charge towards her direction. She could also get hit by your up+A attack, but she doesn't go high enough and she does the up+B
In a double team situation. You attack. Comp (that is not samus) counters. You block. Samus Throws. I have been in those situations plenty of times. It usually equals death, especially in Kongo Jungle when there is no room really to go 1 on 1. Or similar situation and she blasts her charged fireball.
I try to do down+A attacks, she counters with up+B. I even try to avoid her, but at times, she'd be right there that it wouldn't matter if I try to evade. I'm gonna get hit.
Mario and Luigi on the other hand is not as problematic, but my losses usually come when there is at least 1 Mario. Hardly that ever happens with Luigi, which is crazy. I may be underrating them. It's really hard because it depends on your character. The top 8 are really close IMO. I'm fine with your ranking of them and I can understand why. Less time for each fireball + hard to knock them off on their up+B move.
Yeah thats true. I need to work on getting more consistent with more characters. My brother and I really should be able to get to level 3 every time.
Hey TSK, do you prefer air or ground or on a small area platform in Smash Bros? I've really struggled in Small area platforms except Saffron City. Shit doesn't work with me.
I'm moderate in the air, but with me being a handicap, I often lose in the end.
I'm best at ground work.
Small platforms are the death of me. Kirbys stage and DK are very difficult to have success. I am definitely better on the ground than in air. I have gotten rusty with my combos and I usually panic in the air
