No he doesn't. Plenty of big men suck at ft shooting and win. Look at: everyone but Timmy who was dominant and won a ring at 7 feet.
Dwight and Asik when they're on the court together in the 4th is going to be goddamn near impossible to score on.
Parsons is ridiculously good at shooting/scoring. Lin can play his part and will do okay at it. Garcia is passable if he just hits his shots and he should. Donuts/Smith are the right type of big men to be next to dwight. And at the very least Beverly has talent. They're not a good bench, or a deep team by any means, but they have some of the right guys around them.
Major problem I see is that Asik doesn't like Dwight going to the Rockets because that affects his role, but if he puts that aside, then I'm sure players will do their part.
Am I the only one who thinks SAS > OKC? OKC doesn't scare me at all. They lost Harden and Ibaka is overrated. Pretty sure SAS would've beaten them even with Chuckbrook.
They lost Harden and now Martin. They have no bench, Reggie Jackson? lol If Houston faces OKC or the Grizzlies I like their chances.
San Antonio is the only team I see beating Houston.
ibaka is overrated but he has good chemistry on the picks with westbrook and can make the mid range jumper. he provides all the same stuff as bosh. westbrook and durant are just too hard to stop, and bench doesn't matter in the playoffs. they will both be playing 40+ minutes. the only team that could beat them is the spurs but i think spurs will fall off this season. no way duncan can keep playing as good as he was. and ginobili is already done.
Remember like 3 years ago when people were like dang, Danny Granger is a really good player. Then they made the playoffs and everyone watched him play and now we're all like ...wow he's ...so...bad for those types of numbers.
Even if people still considered him very good pre injury, he's been out for the entire season. He ain't going to go back to his prior form.
