Paul George and Roy Hibbert are bound to get better, while Wade gets older. Granger might help if he plays the bench, but if he's starting, I actually think he makes the Pacers worse.

Parsons is ridiculously good at shooting/scoring. Lin can play his part and will do okay at it. Garcia is passable if he just hits his shots and he should. Donuts/Smith are the right type of big men to be next to dwight. And at the very least Beverly has talent. They're not a good bench, or a deep team by any means, but they have some of the right guys around them.

Major problem I see is that Asik doesn't like Dwight going to the Rockets because that affects his role, but if he puts that aside, then I'm sure players will do their part.

True. For some reason, I keep thinking Asik is gonna play the 4, but I forgot that Dwight played the 4 before in his career and Dwight is certainly more athletic than Asik.

I always liked the idea of twin towers. To me, Orlando would have been so much better with Howard/Gortat. Can't believe they hardly play that combo.

They lost Harden and now Martin. They have no bench, Reggie Jackson? lol If Houston faces OKC or the Grizzlies I like their chances.

San Antonio is the only team I see beating Houston.

ibaka is overrated but he has good chemistry on the picks with westbrook and can make the mid range jumper. he provides all the same stuff as bosh. westbrook and durant are just too hard to stop, and bench doesn't matter in the playoffs. they will both be playing 40+ minutes. the only team that could beat them is the spurs but i think spurs will fall off this season. no way duncan can keep playing as good as he was. and ginobili is already done.

he is probably the most important part of their team. he attacks in the fast break and isn't afraid of anyone.

they were one game away from beating miami this year and miami is going to be worse next year while the pacers will be the same or better.

Edit: and houston doesn't need a bench. deepness is overrated you don't even need that much depth in the playoffs just make sure your starters are healthy.

i wouldn't mind an average PF though. houston has below average pfs.

Kevin Martin sucks, but still only Chuckbrook and Durant can score so it would be easy in the playoffs for the opponent teams to game plan against the Thunder.

Depth counts when players like Dwight is in foul trouble. You don't have to worry though with Asik already in your roster. Just make sure Parsons doesn't get benched for foul trouble.
