Kleiza had previously exercised a player option in his Raptors contract to make $4.6 million next season. The Raptors, however, decided Monday to use the amnesty clause on Kleiza, a source said. Kleiza, 28, last played in an NBA game on Dec. 28, 2012.

This will bring our team salary down from 73.157mil to 68.557.
The tax threshold is 71.7mil. So presumably we now have 3.143mil left to spend.
I believe we have 2.5mil left on our mle as well as the 2mil bi-annual exception. Also 1.7mil trade exception.
So still some options to add pieces. Personally I'm hoping for a pg.
