Texas A&M vs. Alabama should be the only game to talk about this weekend.

pretty big scandal uncovered/developing out of oklahoma state about money, drugs and sex: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/col...-introduction/

worth keeping an eye on but hey, i think this happens at almost every major program on some level. NCAA botched the hell out of the miami investigation. we'll see if this goes anywhere...

also, here's the AP top 25 just because:

Quote:
1. Alabama (57)

2. Oregon (1)

3. Clemson (1)

4. Ohio State (1)

5. Stanford

6. Texas A&M

7. Louisville

8. LSU

9. Georgia

10. Florida State

11. Michigan

12. Oklahoma State

13. South Carolina

14. Oklahoma

15. Miami

16. UCLA

17. Northwestern

18. Florida

19. Washington

20. Wisconsin

21. Notre Dame

22. Baylor

23. Nebraska

24. TCU

25. Ole Miss

stanford's actually underrated to me. i'd have them #3 or #4. baylor also seems to be pretty underrated with their offensive firepower and depth at RB.

Quote:
Five Southeastern Conference football stars violated NCAA rules by receiving extra benefits prior to completing their collegiate careers, a Yahoo Sports investigation has found. The benefits which in some cases came from multiple individuals were conveyed to University of Alabama offensive tackle D.J. Fluker, University of Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray, Tennessee defensive end Maurice Couch, Mississippi State University defensive tackle Fletcher Cox and Mississippi State wideout Chad Bumphis.

And nothing will happen.

ESPN exposing SI

I lost interest in this ''expose'' of OSU when I learned Thayer Evans helped write it.

Dude is a hack.

Part 4 came out today. It was weak and they're rumors going around that Thayer Evans might have been fired from SI.

This is getting ugly. And SI isn't doing anything about it. They haven't fired Evan and haven't really addressed anything publicly.

I've been a long supporter of SI, but this is just awful.

Brett Hundley to drop 3 TDs vs Nebraska throwing, and one running.

The same Nebraska that struggled vs Wyoming

Blake Bell is one of those guys that just shows up on gameday. Not something you can really see in practice.. dude has really good instincts and his arm looks more than sufficient.

OU has found their starting guy.

Bug 12 Ship here we come.

(Tulsa is garbage, I don't expect him to play this well all year)
