Agreed. I thought it was awkward at first but once you can predict the structure it gets better. Songs are accepted faster when people can make accurate predictions about the content of the song because they get a positive feedback message (in the form of dopamine). When you have a song that is unusual it takes awhile before you can be rewarded because you need to learn the song first.

This is why most basic pop songs are popular, they are easily predictable and therefore are basically instantly rewarding to the listener.

I like the song, not one of my favorites, but he's paying a tribute to the Beastie Boys.

He does sound nerdy on his own albums, but those really are geared toward suburban skateboarders.

His guest spots on other gangsta rappers albums tho are legendary. When hes not rapping about "homosexuals and vicodin" on his own albums his gangster stuff is straight flame thrower.

Not feelin the track, to many samples its just all over the place.

But let's be honest EMs "radio single" is usually trash compared to the rest of the album tho

I'm starting to like Berzerk now, like miller-time said, it kind of grew on me after a while like other unusual songs in the past like Otis and ****** in Paris. Also, the album cover has been released...

Also, it appears the soundtrack has been leaked. Guys like Slaughterhouse, Kendrick, 50, Dre, D12 and Yelawolf are featured on it

Is Dre producing the album?

Because everything Em has done without Dre has been garbage.

I'm pretty sure Dre has been apart of all of Eminem's albums.

Absolutely not true. Dre has produced only a tiny fraction of Em's work.

Another misconception people have.
