Default Pistons can bring rookie Kentavious Caldwell-Pope along slowly

With their backcourt depth, the Pistons can afford to bring him along slowly, with Chauncey Billups and Rodney Stuckey capable of playing off the ball. But the Pistons hope he will eventually allow them to match up better with the athleticism that has killed them in recent years.

I don't like the Pistons always taking things slowly with the lottery picks. He needs game experience and we need to see what we have in him. I'm not saying he deserves to play 30+ minutes per game, but he does need to get his fair share of PT.

I would be upset if he doesn't get atleast 18mpg being the #8 pick and our only true SG...

Would prefer him take Billups minutes - as he is there to lead by example and guide our youngs, not here to play big minutes
