Another great defensive effort thrown away by the Jets shitty offense. 4 turnovers. It's like deja vu. Defense plays well, but the offense loses it by turning it over again and again. It's seriously how they've lost like every game since Rex came here.
Stephen Hill with a drop and a fumble, Clyde Gates dropped it like 37 times, and Geno was throwing behind the receivers throughout the second half and threw 3 second half picks.
Once again though, Rex has his defense overachieving for the 5th straight year. Too bad Woody Johnson will probably be an idiot and fire him because the media said so.
Rex has no desire to coach the offense. You dont think thats part of the reason it consistently sucks?
man i feel sorry for Jets fans. i would've been so pissed watching that awful offensive play calling by Morningwig. he throws all game with a insecure rookie QB tap dancing in the pocket in a close game where its raining. he rotated his RB's like every down where they get no rhythm, and the dumbest thing i've ever seen was whenever he put Ivory in you knew it would be a run and the D knew it too. it was so obvious. i mean they were getting decent yards on the ground and the Oline were opening up somewhat decent holes sometimes so it just made no sense why he kept calling pass plays. i don't really get why Ivory didn't get more carries, or at least some screens maybe, since he seemed the better runner over Powell imo but they seemingly barely played him in the 2nd half. i guess it was that fumble in the 2nd qtr maybe?
the Jets imo are one of the worst coached teams in the league. its bad enough Ryan made the decision to play Sanchez with backups in the preseason and possibly lost their only experienced decent QB for the season(even if he isn't their futurre). and if i didn't know better i'd have thought Mornwhig was trying to lose the game last night w/ his play calls
I mean I hate Tom Brady and the Patriots, but even I sorta kinda feel sorry for him after watching this mess tonight. Mostly because he's on my fantasy team, though. But if he wasn't, I'd probably be laughing my ass off watching him rely almost exclusively on a poor man's Wes Welker, and dealing with a bunch of rookies and young guys dropping passes.
It's a shame God dammit Belichick.

Indy's starting RB, until Ahmad Bradshaw gets up to speed, Vick Ballard tore his ACL. Done for the year obviously.
He's pretty mediocre, just a guy, but he's a "starting" RB so it's news I suppose.
I was trying to decide if I should be upset or not, then I realized it's Vick Ballard, our run game sucks with him as the starter, so it's not like we can do much worse going from him to Bradshaw. If anything, if/when Bradshaw is up to speed, there should probably be some sort of improvement.
